Michael Kors orange shoulder bag

this listing is for a Michael Kors orange shoulder bag. the bag comes with brand new / unused tassel attachment / embellishment. it has two outside side pockets that would fit a cell phone. on the inside, it has four different pockets. there is one zippered pocket on the outside. there is another open pocket on the other side. there is a detachable compartment/bag in the middle of the bag. inside that compartment, there is another zipped pocket for a total of six pockets: two that are removable. the middle pocket has a zipper closure, and the overall bag has a button closure, allowing you to keep more valuable items zipped and more quickly needed items easily accessible with the button closure. there is gold Hardware and the Michael Kors logo in Gold Hardware on the front. I do not see a tag with the materials listed but it appears that the outside and two inner pockets are genuine leather, the inside suede, and I am unsure about the middle pocket but it does have leather trimming. the depth is about 8 inches. the width is about 15 inches. the height is about 12 inches and the stat drop on the straps is about 10 inches. in general, there doesn't seem to be any major defects on the bag; however, the stitching appears a little messed up in two places, but equally so on both sides. please see the last two pictures that portray this. original tag and Care card included. the only other one I see listed online is on eBay for $140!
