Like new. Only tried on inside. Were bought when my daughter was still an infant cause I loved them. So sad they never got worn 😫. They just felt too tight on my daughters chunky calves by the time she fit in them so they sat in her closet. :(. The sticky stuff on bottom is from size sticker tags I removed. Toddler size.

beachdawg @madisonavalos they were too tight for my daughters (then) chunky calves so in my opinion not wide. However now that she’s slimmed our more they would fit if they were her size. If your little one has chunky legs I would say they may be too tight.
