This pretty scoop-necked top looks great with jeans or black/white pants. The elastic at the bottom and the blousy bodice give it lots of flexibility. Because of the blousy nature, it's hard to get a pit to pit measurement. I'd say 21" unstretched. Length 25". Sleeves neck to cuff (no shoulder seams) 21 1/2".
