Super Soft Colorblock Cotton Maxi Dress by Michael Stars. Size Medium, elasticized waist. Great condition. I’m 5’11” and this hem reaches the floor on me when barefoot. The bottom is raw so can be simply cut to size or just made shorter. Great swimsuit coverup, too. It has pockets!

denisesocal @chapmarye So the elasticize waist sits at 13” across, if I pull it all the way out it goes to 18.5” across The hip area measures 21” across laying flat (so 42” round) The very top elastic at the pit area is 13” across laying flat and I can pull it all the way out to 20.5” across flat (or 41” round) So, it has a lot of room. My opinion is yes but I hope the measurements help 😊
