hg9821 @missk1187 I think the top is definitely true to a medium but if you were a small it would also work in my opinion! It has the ruched waist so I think depending how it is worn it can be shorter or longer. I would consider this a mini dress though if that helps. Let me know if you have any questions!

hg9821 @missk1187 the top ties so that part is also adjustable. I do think it can work for both medium and small (I am in between myself- I am not the one In the picture)

hg9821 @jshideler I would say a 6. Given it’s elastic waist and adjustable neck though I would say 8 could work too.
