Hey Amanda, I'm SO sorry to have to tell you this but I accidentally pulled out the plastic cover piece (that makes the little window for an ID) when I was wrapping up your wallet. I know you paid a lot for this and I don't expect you to be okay with the damage. I am more than happy to give you all of your money back (and you can mail it back), or I can give you $15-20 back for you to have it replaced. I called a local cobbler and he said it would just be a few bucks ($5 or so).

Otherwise, the wallet is in perfect condition and can still be used.
Still, I don't feel right charging the buyer the full amount they paid ($80) as it is now damaged - albeit, fully functional. I looked online and they can get it fixed at a cobbler for $5-$10.
For the hassle and the fix, I'm willing to take $15 off the price. Is that possible?
Can you please contact the buyer? Or how do I go about doing this?
