this is a Michael kors 3/4 sleeve drape neck blouse size large. The soft drape on the neckline is very flattering and it also has some silver studs on the one side with rushing. it feels like a poly spandex material but I cannot see on any of the tags what the material is. All of the pictures include size and measurements for the garment
