Michaelangelo Tea Length Prom or Bridesmaid or Formal Dress Black Strapless

This is a classic vintage formal dress that has a very "Audrey Hepburn Breakfast at Tiffany's" mood. Classic black duchess satin with a fit and flare silhouette and strapless fitted bodice. There is tulle sewn between the lining and the top layer of satin for volume. This dress is likely from the 90s and is amazing condition for vintage. The size and fabric tags are unreadable but it is slightly too small on my mannequin, so estimating this as a size 4 or small. For reference, my mannequin is a medium, size 6-8, 34” bust, 26” waist, 35” hip. The pit to pit on this is approx 15", waist approx 13.5" and is is approximately 44" long from top of the bust to the hem. It has a beautiful bling brooch detail at the front waistline.
