Simple but elegant vintage Michaelangelo velvet dress.
Velvet runs across the bust, into the straps, and down the back of the dress.
Diamond detailing on the straps.
Extremely deep wine color.
Fabric does have stretch to it.
Measures 22 inches across at the bust when laying flat.
The bottom portion of the bust (the end of the velvet) measures 20 inches across.
Total length from just below velvet in front to the hem measures 44.5 inches.

@grey_ponytail Goom morning. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you the width at around the hips is 28 inches from seem to seem and the fabric is made of 90% polyester and 10% Lycra. The dress has a really nice hang to it, and it is a bit stretchy all over.
