Only used few times, has been in closet untouched since! Small pocket on front of bag, on the inside 1 very big zip up along with 3 small & 1 medium pockets that do not zip. Handles can adjust by one. There is no sign of use of the outside or handles, and inside has very little sign of use on the bottom of the bag!
