Incredible hard to find Violetta Runway heels from Michael Kors Collection best for a US size 6.5 or 7, they run small. Marked IT 37 and Made in Italy. Sturdy 4.25" heels and added support from the buckled straps. Worn a few times, well cared for, show slight signs of wear (see photos), but otherwise in great condition. Studs have been added to the toes to add elevation to protect the shoe tips from wear. Heels caps and inner lining are in near perfect condition.
