Lay flat measures 13 inches straight across the waist, 20 inches straight across the head and 43 inches long. Vertical seams on each side in the front. There is a dropped stitch up near the waist band. That is a minor imperfection but not a hole. At the bottom of the zipper in the back the fabric is a little bit puckered at the bottom of the zipper seam but again, not a whole and just a minor imperfection
