Unfortunately I don’t have a tape measure but these are the dimensions I got straight from the Disney store website sizing information for Kids XL: Chest in inches: 31 1/2 Waist in inches: 26 Ideal for height in inches 60-62” I am 5 feet tall for reference in my photos so you can see it’s not tight or fitted but perfectly loose for someone my size. I hope this helps!
