Mid Century Kaduga Gold Gilt Oval Serving Dish, Japan, Decorative Dish

Rare find: This item is hard to come by. This beauty of an oval serving dish is a piece from the mid century. 1950s made in Japan by Kaduga Ware. It is so stunning. The gold floral bouquet in the bottom center of the bowl is accented with black detailing, as are the two flowers on each inside by the handles. There are raised, scroll details that are accented with gold as is the edge of the bowl. There is very minimal hardly any loss of gold on this wonderful small serving dish. It's pretty enough to set out on a table to keep trinkets, rings, Etc. or just alone and enjoy its beauty. Measures 8.5 inches long. 5.5 inches wide. 1.5 inches high. Excellent vintage condition. There's one tiny Spec on the backside that looks like paint. Non-smoking pet-free home.
