This is a rare and special piece. It was made in Fredrikstad, Norway at Norway Silver Designs (PLUS Silver Workshop). It was founded in 1958 and closed production in 1970. This amazing rustic pendant was designed by silversmith Erling Christoffersen, who created collection of jewelry that was inspired by Viking Sagas. This will be a wonderful addition to any collection. It is a heavy pewter piece that shows its age, but adds to its character. It's on a leather cord that shows little wear.
