Mid century princess dress costume

mid length on the thigh very soft material. netting around the hem and whitestrip at bottom very soft.its gathered at the waistline I don't have the belt . it has short sleeves with elastic around them but it's not tight it's loose the neckline is kinda low in the front with rust color in middle and goldribbon trim. it's cute.
