Mid height women’s waterproof hiking boots size 10 but feel like 9 1/2. EUC

I wore these ONCE and yes I am yelling. They felt short and I cannot wear them again. Perfect if you want a 9 1/2 or 9 with a thick sock. Mid height. Waterproof suede and mesh with pale purple trim. Very new condition!
