Mid length long puffy sleeves dress

This dress is beautiful, easy to wear with a beautiful décolleté and big puffy sleeves. Long back zipper, fully lined. The fabric is chiffon like somewhat sheer and it looks beautiful on the sleeves when you can see arms. But the rest is lined. Roomie in the bust area with all the rushing. Measurements: in picture.
