Neon Rose from ASOS. This is a loose Satan dress with a high sit making it fun and flirty! Navy blue with avocados and red chile peppers. This dress is new with tags! Bought for a fiesta celebration that was cancelled so I never got to wear it! Such a fun piece! Bought in a size small, but runs more like a medium. I am typically a size 6 and this fits loose on me
