Mid-Century Italian Handmade Micro Mosaic Multicolored Guitar Brooch

Beautiful antique multicolored handmade micro mosaic brooch in the shape of a guitar. C-clasp pin. Obtained by elderly my mom years ago at an estate sale. Does have some wear on the back of this gold toned piece as seen in pics and looks to be missing one or two pieces at the bottom, however barely visible unless on close inspection.
