Mid-Length Navy Blue Sun Dress

Pretty mid-length dress that hits just after the knees. Sheer overlay with a sewn in slip liner underneath. Ruffled cap sleeves, button details down the front and a bow in the back. I only wore this dress once for my graduation but managed to get some kind of grease stain on it? Only visible in direct light and not noticeable when wearing.
