Mid-century Ernest Borel 18k Gold Engraved Hinged Ladies Wristwatch Bracelet

Beautiful but not timeless, lol. This dainty little thing is from about 1950, and it still runs, but it does need a tune up! 18k solid gold engraved in a lovely swirling leaf like pattern. The watch is a hinged bracelet with a slim rectangular hinged cover, that when opened reveals the watch face. Off white in color with Arabic numerals 12 and 6 and gold dots noting the other hours. Dial, case, and movement signed..Stamped serial numbers "F, 02917 and 193700" on back of watch. Gold hallmarks on all pieces 750, 20 microns the watch mechanism can be removed for labor and to clean glass watch face. I did not do this because im nervous id break the glass, better to leave that to a pro. the hinges still close tightly, not loose at all. claspinf mechanism on wath face also still strong. Such excellent condition for its age!! unstretched opening is 1.5x 2 inches...expanded opens to 2.5 in wide across. 5.5 inches to 7.5 inches. 20.5 grams price is firm
