Midi Ann Taylor skirt

NWT Black and Tan midi skirt. The tan part is a polyester slip covered by polyester black lace. They are sown together so they do not come apart. I’ve never worn the skirt. Length: 22” Waist: 13.5” Bottom of the skirt: 16.5”
