This is a beautiful raspberry-colored midi dress from Saylor. I believe the original color description was "lipstick" but raspberry is a more accurate color.
The detail on this dress is incredible and it's substantial lace and high quality. Be warned, this dress is NOT stretchy so don't mess around with aspirational sizing on this one. The label says size small. ~a 3/4 in practice def not more.
Straps are fully adjustable and it would be easily tailored for the perfect fit-like-a-glove look!

@aroseclothes sorry to reply so late, I just saw this. Based on that information I think it definitely could be! I obviously don't know your proportions or body type but if you're usually a 2-4 it's likely to fit perfectly or be slightly large and easily nipped in at a tailor. For reference, I'm never smaller than a 4 or size 26/27 and it fit me quite snugly but well.
