Midi Dress in Aqua Blue

Brand new dress, never worn. Got it altered because it was too big so the slit is partially closed and the waist was taken in to 29in. and hips were slightly tightened because it was too big. So it was purchased as a medium, but fits more like a small. Originally bought for $250.
