Picked up this pretty ivory dress at a vintage shop in Dallas! The brand name is Chipper California. I can’t find a size tag, but I’m a US size 2 and it fits me well. Very flowy and sheer with a pretty collared neck and 3/4 length sleeves. Good condition, with faint spots as shown in the pictures.
