Bought on ASOS. Has two little belt loops on the sides, which can be seen in one of the photos (I didn’t use them, myself). Fully lined, with very little stretch. Flat measurements: 17” Waist 20” pit to pit 28” from waist seam to bottom of skirt in the center Shop note: I care a lot about the environment, and always use recycled packaging. ♻️🌱 🌎
