Sorry about nickel & diming. I teach autistic daughter to sew by creating history bounding outfits from upcycled clothes. Our budget is modest since I’m not working & raising 3 kids. We’re looking for a pleated skirt to complete a 1920s outfit with a drop waist. This is a perfect skirt for that!
