mackminna Materials and flat measurements of waist and hip please

madelinesonja @mackminna 21" laying flat at the top of the waistband. Straight across at the top of the pockets about 24.5" seam to seam, over 32" at the bottom of the pockets seam to seam. Great flare. Materials are poly/rayon/spandex.
