Incredible tinsel circle longer mini skirt in the most beautiful shade of midnight sapphire blue. This skirt has an amazing full sweep and the fabric is sturdy enough that you don't need a crinoline. There is a cream colored grosgrain waistband and the skirt closes on the side with snaps and hook and bar at the top. The tinsel fabric glistens in the light. It's so festive.
