The exterior velvet fabric is 96% polyester and 4% spandex, so it has some stretch. The full dress is lined in navy blue smooth fabric of 65% rayon, 30% nylon and 5% spandex. There are full hidden pockets in the skirt on right and left hips with enough room for a cell phone. There is a little bit of black lace on the bust of the bodice and the cap sleeves. The dress is in excellent used condition, with no visible signs of wear and tear. I have the matching belt and that piece is rolled up in original condition.
