Black silky aussie brand Blouse like cami. Bust area has an extra layer with ruffles from around the left of the flap. The third picture is what it looks like if you lift the additional decorative chest flap. You see the silky strings under the bust area to cinch the waist and tie it however you please. The straps can be adjusted by the same waist tie, and the neckline is slight cinched as well. So beautiful in person , difficult to explain ,but the pics of this chic trendy top does 0 justice!
