Midnight Velvet Sleeveless Polka dot Dress

This versatile dress can go from office to evening. The front has a high neck and ties in the back. Both the outer fabric and the inner lining are very lightweight. It zips most of the way up in the back, then there is a peak-a-boo opening up to the neckline. The neck has 2 hooks for closing. Once you tie the ties in a bow, you're good to go! The bottom of the dress has 2 pleated accents on the front and one in the back that make it very flowy.
