Midnight blue fit and flare sequin dress

Vintage fit with a modern flare. Tulle underlining, satin arm holes (a must for sequin dresses). Midnight blue. A bit whimsical, could possibly see the kawaii version of Luna Lovegood in this- do you see what I see? Anyway, the tag says 5/6. That is a joke. This is a 4 and may even be fit for a 2.
