Midnight blue midi dress

This is a really cool modest dress. Fancy Amish meets Lolita meets gothic housewife. Short sleeve top portion of this dress is stretchy and velvety soft. The bottom is a polyester with some simple pleats at the waist. Ties are nice and long and shoulder pads are very thin but can be removed with just a few snips. I'm 5'10 and this hits me at mid-shin. 30" waist (don't forget it has ties YAY), 46" from shoulder to hem. Velvety portion about 15". Hem of sleeves 12-15" (stretchy).Hidden back zip
