This dress is an older dress that I've had forever, but have never worn. It's a cute summer dress that I can see worn on Easter! On the bottom, it's got dark/light blue flower printings. Under the bust is a blue strip of material that ties in the back, over the zipper. It comes to your mid thigh & has lace under.
