Mignone sparkle & tulle dress.

This unique dress has a sweatshirt like top and a tulle bottom. Tulle is ultra soft, not the stiff type. Grey top is actually full of sparkles that really jump out when worn and moving around. Interior is soft, unlike other itchy sparkle tops. There is one small area where the skirt has a minor snag and a tiny dot on the under skirt, close up photos show spots & distance photo shows that they are not apparent when worn. There is a tiny area where the stitching is starting to get loose.
