Mikabe full black - dressy - Vintage skirt - size 4-6

Vintage Mikabe full dressy black skirt, circa 1990. Perfect for a special event with a dressy top and shoes. Tagged as an 8 but fits more like a 4-6 due to waist. Hits right below my knees. Refer to measurements below No fabric content tag. This is a medium weight satiny type fabric with a very slight shine to it. Care tag says to dry clean which I have always done. 2 pockets hidden into the side seams. Waist fastens with 2 buttons. There is no zipper due to the hidden pocket. 13” across waistband 28” long VGUC no holes tears stains or fading. No pilling. Was only worn for dressy occasions.
