Mike Benet Formals vintage strapless cocktail dress - 25" waist

This item is from my personal vintage clothing collection. The colors are a classic teal and hot pink. The top is strapless with an asymmetrical design on one shoulder. I couldn't get a good photo of it on the hanger! There is a tag in it that says size 14 but I measured, and the waist is 25" which usually equates to a US size 4. There is an attached crinoline as part of the dress.
