I don’t feel like its a cold weather jacket. I’d call this more like a jacket you could wear open like a fall sweater. It’s definitely not oversized at all. I have worn this over a cotton / thin top or dress, but anything too thick underneath wouldn’t be comfortable. Please let me know if you would like any other info or measurements, I’m not the greatest at measurement pics. I’m happy to get any info to you. Thank you!
