Milage striped off the shoulder crop top. Tie at waist. Size guess Medium

Hi all, this is Milage striped off the shoulder crop top. Ties at the waist with bell sleeves. Very cute!! There is not a size tag, but if I would have to guess I would guess it to be a medium to a large.
