Milan Kiss Indigo Boho Slouch Blouse

Brand new with tags. This pretty indigo blouse is loose around the shoulders by design. The elastic around the shoulders is in good condition but is designed for an off the shoulder or versatile style -possibly one shoulder or draped. The string tassels don’t adjust. Elastic waist styles a baggy slouched fit. Measurements are very much estimates based off its elastic fit. Blouse was fitted to mannequin but may look different depending on body type. **There is a light area / mark on the back of one sleeve. This was how it was manufactured. See photo. #888R
