Mili Designs striped button-down blouse with Cat appliques and crystal rhinestones. Beautiful! There is one very small spot on the top right shoulder as shown in image. I have not spot-treated this. Price is reflective. The tag says 16 1/2. According to the size chart that is a L (12-14). Measurements are below. armpit to armpit - 24" shoulder to hem - 28"
