The Tag Says- Size: Small-Short, Inseam 26.5" To 29.5", Waist 27" To 31". I Measured- Waist 15" (Laying Flat), Inseam 29", Front Rise 11", And Top Of Waistband To Hemline 39". There Is A Waistband Adjustment On Each Side Of Waistband And Ties At The Hemline. They Have Deep Slanted Pockets At Top Sides, Deep Pockets On Sides Of Legs That Have 2 Button Closers, The Two Back Hip Pockets Have 2 Button Closers. They Are 50%Cotton And 50%Nylon. Very Nice Trousers. These Pants Appear To Be New Without Tags.
