Unbranded. Measurements are approximate: waste measures 15.5 inches across, rise measures 11 inches, inseam measures 17 inches and there are adjusters to cinch the ankle inside the hem. The zipper pull is backwards. I don’t know if that is typical of military issue garments or if it is a flaw. The zipper works fine, the pull is just inside rather than outside. (Eee19)
