Military inspired dress - vintage retro 80s and 90s feel

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jacmiller17. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Gorgeous gold accents make this dress pop, elevating it so it works from casual to girl-boss to dressy. Has a military, retro 80s and 90s vibe, complete with thin shoulder pads. (One shoulder pad is detached on one end - it otherwise looks like it's in great condition.) Also has two real front/hip pockets (shown in photos). Because it's polyester, I recommend pairing it with a shell or blouse top (billowy if going for 80s look) and your bottoms of choice (I love leggings or biker shorts with boots, tho pantyhose and slip-on heels would be more authentically retro).
