Milk Glass "Gondola" Fruit Bowl Owned By Vivian Leigh (Gone With The Wind)
In excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
The story is that Vivian Leigh donated this White Milk Vase to a Charity auction in California.
It was purchased by a friend and gifted to Ivy Elizabeth Jerram Rice, who passed it down to her son Glenn Herbert Rice, who passed it down to his daughter Mary Elizabeth Rice, who passed down to her daughter, (me) Sica De St Jeor.
Now my mother has asked me to sell it along with the rest of her Gone With The Wind collection to help finance her impending retirement (which involves having to move.)***please see my other listings.
Unfortunately I do not have any other paperwork for confirmation.
Mary Rice is the actress who played the child T'pring in the original Star Trek series. (They were still living in California at the time.)
The vase comes with a typed copy of the lineage and the artificial roses.
Smoke free home.
Crossposted on other platforms.
I am cleaning out my family's houses so we can help my mom retire and move, so there is quite a bit for sale.
Please check out my other listings and feel free to make offers as well!
