Milk and Honey Smocked White Tube Top or Skirt sz S

A simple, feminine garment in a gauzy woven fabric with a knit lining. I’m not sure if it is a top or a skirt as the shape is pretty much straight up and down until the ruffle 70% Rayon 30% polyester size small. The photos have a bluish tint, but it is definitely plain white. Excellent condition.
