Milk and Honey Tie Waist Top

Sweet little crop top in mint with white polka dots. Ties at waist with buttons down back and puff sleeves. Absolutely adorable. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit me right. I have very narrow shoulders, and the sleeves didn’t hang correctly. If you have normal to wider shoulders, it would look great. Top is brand new with tags. I never got around to returning it.
