I put my son in this to keep his legs warm while supervised during play time. Top band goes around his tummy, then legs fit down inside. Tag on inside could be removed and could reverse fabric sides. Dark blue is like a velvety material. Preowned condition. No size tag. Would estimate to be 0-6 months. Measurements in photos for exact size.
